How's your diet? A healthier diet could help boost your body's immunity and health. As for this stuff, you should consult a doctor to make sure your body is absorbing things properly and that there aren't any other underlying issues that could keep your body from benefiting from the vitamins. It may also take time, so it can depend on how long you've been taking these vitamins and your dosage.

I mainly eat soup, meat, -deli meat- cheese, lettuce, pear, corn tortilla, hot sauce and sometimes ramen

what is frustrating like now for the past 2 weeks, every other month -like now- I get this period of time I cant wake up, my body hurts, my legs hurt, I feel like there is a weight on me, my hair falls out more -it seems- my limnodes swell -the one in my neck is almost wal nut sized- I cant stand it
I don't know what to doi don't know if its a combo of my arthritis and vitamins or what, and yes I do excersise, every day until this period happens, then I try but im tired..
EDIT, that is literally al I eat besides the splurge on ramen and sometimes chocolate
and I only drink water

That diet should cover most nutrients, and you said you take supplements as well? If so and unless the servings are miniscule, I would strongly suggest to consult a doctor based on those symptoms.

It's a long-shot, but if your supplements don't already include choline, try adding one which does. Still, I reiterate, do consult a doctor, for your own sake...

Redokami,

Do you suffer from or have you been tested for food allergies/intolerance? For the most part your symptoms tend to sound very, very close to my own before I was diagnosed. Food allergies/intolerances can cause bloating/swelling, muscle/joint pain, lethargy/sleepiness, hair loss, vitamin malabsorption and yes even swollen lymphnodes. An allergist (for allergy testing) may be your best bet.

If you are taking too much or too little vitamin D then that may be the source of the bone pain. Too little vitamin D stops calcium being absorbed into your bones; too much vitamin D leaches the calcium out of your bones.

However, as stated by others, you really need to seek medical advice and get some tests done. Your symptoms could indicate a number of different problems, not necessarily linked to vitamins/diet.

Aside from anemia or an autoimmune disorder, I can only think of food intolerances. As in, something you're eating may be preventing proper absorption of nutrients. Drop wheat for a while [ramen doesn't digest well even if you're fine with wheat anyway]. Try chewing your VERY WELL until it's liquified and DO NOT change your habits for at least 2 weeksand see if you notice a differnce. I stopped eating junk and slowly my body and mind set itself in place. No chips, no fast food, no wheat, dairy and deli meats should be avoided as well. Try cooked meats and rice with potatoes.

Go to the doctor. Get a blood test. Check for ferritin and iron levels. Check for hemochromatosis. And you might want to stop the supplements, especially if it's not working for you, you might be making it worse and getting too much!

I can only tell you the same thing: go see your doctor, maybe they can refer you to a specialist. If that doesn't help, go see another doctor. Also, a dietician and a nutritionist if you can afford it. I'm sorry, that's all I know to do, about the same as already said.

From the way you've been feeling I'm betting you still have allergies and intolerances that have been undiagnosed as of yet as well. With myself it's Wheat/Gluten, Corn, Rice, Soy, Fish/Shellfish and Cocoa Powder so I understand how you feel. Hang in there and feel better!
