If I try to add Gundam Unicorn (the RE:0096 series) to my queue, the only version that appears to appear in the queue is the subtitled version. This seems to apply both to my desktop computer and to my Roku.

The only way I can find to play a dubbed episode is to manually navigate to an episode and then play it. Worse, even if navigate to such a page, e.g. http://www.crunchyroll.com/mobile-suit-gundam-unicorn-re0096/episode-2-first-blood-708015, and click the "Add to Queue" button, the wrong version of Gundam Unicorn -- the subtitled version -- gets added.

I tried asking Crunchyroll support first, only for the tech support person to daftly say that Gundam Unicorn didn't have an English dub , so I'm hoping someone on the forums might have more of a clue.

Queuing works on a title basis as you can see here in the image below:

The above image was put in a spoiler because it's big.

This might cause you to constantly see the subbed versions though which you can't really fix I think, but you can at least just visit that page more easily and find out yourself.

Crunchyroll almost always handles the dub and sub versions of shows the same way they treat different seasons of the same show, and that's what they've done with Gundam Unicorn. So when you put the show in the queue it's for both the subbed and the dubbed versions. Once you've got it in your queue, if you choose the dubbed version from there, and play it it should then automatically show the next dubbed episode as up next.

Here's what mine looks like. The first three you see played there are the sub -- the next three unplayed are dub (in fact right now because there is no episode 4 available and I've finished watching episode 3, my queue says that episode 1 is up next -- it's referring to that dubbed version.

The problem is that I accidentally chose the sub first. I didn't think too much about it the first time around, but when I went to watch the second episode, I thought, "Hey wait, isn't there a dub for this?"

Right now, I've deleted my watch history, started to watch a little bit of Episode 2, and then resumed watching that episode on my Roku. That seems to have at least gotten the dubbed version to play on the Roku. As I learned from experience, if I don't delete the watch history, then if I try to resume watching the episode from my Roku, it will start from the subbed episode.

I've since re-added Gundam Unicorn to my queue, and judging from what you said, it should play the dub from now on. I'll let you know if it works out.
