Would you rather be stuck in a house with someone you hate or be stuck in a house alone?

Alone. (with my cat). Don't like most people anyway.

Okay, now that you've clarified that we're talking about someone downright NASTY bad, alone.

Alone I can just turn some sounds on around my house so I don't feel that alone.

Well, till you have internet you can come to CR, where somebody is always there for you

To the post:
I prefer to be alone, if I'm with somebody I hate, I'll just end up pissed up even more

Why is this even a question? One option has virtually little to no downsides while the other option is something no one wants.

What happens when the one you hate is yourself? And you're stuck with that person for life? lol.

For some people both options suck. For others being with an enemy is preferable to being alone with the main enemy.

Obviously I'd rather be alone but for some of us even that can be a challenge. And for the record I don't hate myself but my brain does a damn good job trying to convince me that I do sometimes. I think that's a normal thing and most people go through that. It just becomes abnormal once it reaches a certain point. If shame and guilt are the building blocks of depression and many depressed people are also introverts can you imagine how it must feel to be stuck alone, with someone you don't particularly like that day? And how being alone does nothing but further feed that vicious cycle? It can be very hard for a lot of people to even make friends. How the heck does one make friends when they're not even friends with themselves. It's nearly impossible to love someone if you can't first love yourself. So if someone answers they would rather be with someone they don't like then don't just assume they're weird. It's always easier to have a target for your frustrations and I'm sure some people would rather have a reason to feel the way they do. Obviously it would be better if one learns how to love themselves and deal with those issues but until then don't be surprised if someone choose option #2.
