Is there anything out there that scares you to the point that it gives you anxiety just thinking about it?

As for me, I am severely emetophobic. In other words, I have an intense, illogical fear of vomit. Specifically other people in the act of vomiting.

Even just thinking about it is enough to make me break out in a cold sweat.

I have emetophobia also. It's really bad around flu season in the winter especially (and SURPRISE, because of the weird weather flu season apparently just started here in the Chicago area this year, so YAY... oTL ). I get really bad sometimes where I lose weight because I'm constantly in a state of mild panic and it makes me think I'm coming down sick, so I just won't eat. At my worst was back in the winter of 2011 when I went a few months without eating more than a few bites of food a day. I had a vitamin in the morning and that basically kept me on my feet to work, and that was pretty much the extent of it. I lost around 30 pounds... which is a lot considering I only tend to be somewhere in the 120-130 range to begin with.

I also used to have another phobia but I've mostly gotten over it. It's too embarrassing to say though. =P

I have a few, some illogical, others sensible. I've had a severe fear of heights since falling off a 50 foot wall landing on my feet (2 severe sprains and back issues after that). I have a severe fear of swimming since drowning and being clinically dead (only to try conquering the fear and almost drowning again). I have a severe fear of seafood since almost dying of food poisoning due to bad school tuna. I'm happy living with those phobias.

Getting stuck with a needle. It doesn't matter how often I get a shot or how well I've reasoned out that it's not an issue. The moment a needle comes near me I freak out and try to flee. Over 20 I still have to be held down to get a shot.

I've also had extreme emetophobia for as long as I can remember. Especially when it comes to other people vomiting. Anytime I see someone possibly in the act of throwing up, my heart races as I start to panic and i just want to get away from them as soon as possible.

Pediophobia - Fear of Dolls

Porcelain dolls and all other dolls that strongly resemble humans cause me to freeze up in fear, I feel as though if I take my eyes of it, it will start moving. A very childish fear I know but I am just deathly afraid of them.
