None so debilitating that I would call them phobias perse...

Though, going with the theme of the topic, I can name a few that come to mind (in no particular order):

Arachnophobia
Thanatophobia
Mnemophobia
Phiolophobia
Animotophobia (Had to look that one up )

Deep water, any height off the floor/ground, and phone calls.

I have to be able to walk in a body of water. I can swim just fine, but the thought of being stunned or something and unable to breathe is terrifying. Probably due to almost drowning as a kid.

I can't even stand up on a chair without extreme terror overcoming me. It's not so much the height itself as it is fearing losing my balance or what I'm standing on giving way. I can't look over a railing without gripping it with white knuckles for the silly thought that I'll somehow tip over it.

Something about having to make any kind of phone call is almost debilitating to me. It's not like I let things slide if I need to make a call, but it's quite the ordeal and it takes some time for be to recover. Probably to do with my general social anxiety.

I'm really scared of spiders and insects. I freeze up when I see them. Also scared of syringes. I nearly pass out when I have to have a blood test.

The water.

During secondary school we were forced to take swimming/ water rescue lessons and every lesson I would end up in tears from the teacher telling me I have to put my head under the water.

I'm freaking terrified of Pine trees touching me. Specifically their needles. Don't get me wrong, if I see a pine tree I am fine, but the moment that stuff touches my skin I lose it.

When I was about eight years old we had a tornado where I grew up. I slept through it until it broke the window of my room, sucked the blankets off my bed out the window and pulled me toward the window too (I did not actually go through the window). Since then I am terrified of storms. Thunder alone is enough to make me sweat.

Excluding the concern of being in a relationship or failing myself by giving up, I have no fears nor phobias.

Well I don't normally talk about it because people tend to make fun of me for it, but I suffer from Anatidaephobia. It isn't really bad though because I don't live near any parks or anything like that, but I do keep all the curtains in my house drawn. Work is the worst place because there IS a huge park next to where I work and I usually have to take the long way around in order to avoid it.
