legit solution: move to a country that has no licensing restriction for One Piece. or buy the dvds/bds
the only other solution is resorting to non-legal means, which is of course not encouraged here.

Harsh dude... I'd take the time to research who owns the license in your region and write them a letter. Other than that, look for a service that provides it in your region, there's got to be something European that streams One Piece. If not, they're missing out on a lot of capital. Which further enforces my main point. Write a letter to the businessmen/women involved and let your voice be heard.

Or buy the dvds as named mentioned.. I dunno man tough situation. The full dvd set to catch up has to be a crazy price not to mention the storage space required.

I'd say hit the subs if it was a new anime available by subs only (looking at you Macross Delta). but since it's a long, long standing series. There's serious moral issues. Stealing is wrong.

I'm really sorry.. like others have said, legit solutions are pretty few and far between - buying the DVDs, writing in your region for the series over in the premium request thread (http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-588949/what-seriesmoviedramamanga-would-you-like-to-see-on-cr), or trying to directly appeal to the publishers.

Changing/masking your IP is kiiind of against the terms of service, though, so I'm going to close this thread. CR has to live by the contracts they sign to only stream the anime in approved regions/time/etc per the contract.
