Wow... The next chapter is the last! I'm guessing the TV series will cover the entire manga after all...

Indeed. They confirmed it before the season started. So it's pretty exciting!

Thanks! I hadn't heard that... They are burning through the chapters at a fast pace, but not really missing anything. It is, actually, pretty impressive. I have enjoyed the series as much as the manga. (And Aki Toyosaki was an inspired choice for that evil THING of a music teacher!)

Don't you hate it when the translation of the anime and the manga are totally different...

In the scene in chapter 47 where Akane pokes Hana with the flower at the party celebrating Akane and Kanai's upcoming wedding, she says "I don't want you to get taken by anyone else" in the manga. Personally, I don't think that makes ANY sense what-so-ever!

In the anime, that scene is framed better. It shows Hana kind of spacing out while the girls are talking about marriage and Kanai starts heading over to talk with her, but Akane stops him and goes over in his place. (Difference number one! It shows Akane as being concerned for Hana and wanting to make Kanai feel like she is going to treat her the same way he does.) Then when she pokes at her with the flower, she says something to the effect of, "Next time, don't let him get stolen away!" Which makes SO much more sense! She is basically telling her to cheer up and go out there and win the love of the the next guy she wants to fall for her. (Perhaps even offering advice on how to seal the deal if she wants?)

So, why do the two versions say totally different things? Does anybody know if the original manga and original anime script have different wording?

EDIT: That said... I have to give props to the author for a brave, and fantastic ending! Actual character growth... Who would have guessed? Becoming better people? Almost unheard of! Bravo!
