Depends on what kind of luxury.
Needs to be quality.
Not just some status symbol.

I only enjoy luxurious items. It takes a long time to save up, but I would rather go without and just wait. I blew $3400 on my PC, for example.

I likely have an obsession due to coming from a family where everyone spends non-stop on useless, cheap garbage that always breaks within a week.

Do I like luxury? Yes.
Can I afford luxury? No.

Do I buy it anyway and just do things like not switching on my heating in December to pay for it?
You bet your ass I do.

Luxury is as alien as it is amusing.

Luxury is something that changes depending on each persons perspective, but it's usually something people will define as unneeded things or self-indulgent things like art, entertainment, music, erotica, junk food, free-time, hobbies, et cetera. The sad part is that it's healthier for everyone to be able to indulge in these "luxury items" and there are people who dispise the fact that people have and can pursue these things.

Luxury is nice, but means little to me if it's not in some way quality.

only certain tech items. Like the best laptop, the best headphones money can buy,

other than that, I will not buy anything unless I absolutely have to, and for the most part it has allowed me to purchase the items I value higher than most things.

I mean If I had the money, I would still drive the same vehicle, and probably only buy music equipment, like top quality audio interfaces, and speakers, mics, and drums, acoustics, Fuck I would spend soo much money on music and instruments if I had it, fuck it I would buy my own studio

I actually don't like luxury, I've noticed that I'm more happy with trying to make things work. I'd much rather have a small/thin blanket laying out in a cold field than be in a warm house laying in a bed.
