what is this a new facebook trend??

Here is the Topic V

>>“Guess what, guys?” one of my friends said last week as they made their way into the circle of our group. “We’re married!” he said with a laugh, grabbing the hand of one of my other friends and raising it in the air with a grin. “Why weren’t we invited to the wedding?” I wanted to ask, but ever the agreeable friend, I restrained. We all had a bit of a giggle and sure enough, that night when we all logged onto Facebook, it appeared that Jake and Elly were newlyweds, both of their statuses now saying ‘married’. Everyone quickly moved on and I’m sure it was immediately forgotten by everyone else, not being significant enough to register, but I couldn’t help but ponder the topic for awhile longer.

Ok, I am on facebook at random but, lately I come across many more than one person claiming there married? hmm?

Then a week or days later puff" no longer married is this a new trend? It seems odd call me a romantic but I take marriage seriously yes loving and working with my partner. I dunno maybe this is a teen thing where kids think marraige is a game?

I don't use any social media (unless you count this or youtube) so I can't really say for sure. Depends on the age I dunno, kids are gonna be doing silly stuff.

Marriage is a little bigger than that. I can't say I care that anyone does this though. It's not a big deal. It doesn't hurt anyone.

What's worse is the "tag a friend with this stupid picture so they look at their phone for no reason" trend...

Never try to understand the world of the Internet. It will only sap your faith in humanity.

I remember putting my relationship status as married to my best friend at the time.

Good times.
