in 2014 toei animation celebrated the 10th anniversary
of one of their long running franchise magical girls call
Pretty cure, knowing there have been 10 to 12 iteration
there been movies made(really short ones) from the futari to the most
recent maho girls, 20 in total, been popular in Asia.
from anime to video games. anywho there been 8 in all star series,
that reunite the whole pretty cure girsl, for one cause.
some re fun, others have really epic fight, but overall
are these film the avengerse of anime?
I mean back me old comic collection days, the avengers always reunited
for a cause, when come to battling each other for a idealogy, to stopping a krull invasion.
and theses pretty cure all star are the same(but yet movies re till short)
So do you agreed, is pretty cure all star are the avengers movies of anime?

As always thank for been awesome.
P.S. yes i m fan of the magical girl genre.
and madoka magical didnt change
nothing n never happen.

I think you meant to say "equivalent". I don't think that Precure series would be considered the equivalent of the Avengers. If Shuueisha managed to put together its own anime studio and got the licenses for all the anime adaptations of manga they've published, then they could create what I would consider to be the "Avengers" of anime. It would include the main characters of Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Dragon Ball, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc. It would basically be an anime version of the video game "J-Stars Victory Vs."

still hoping they'll bring an all stars movie like new stage or DX. carnival and that newer one are basically just music video. carnival was also criticized for terrible cg.

I noticed that oddity too, and have corrected the title.

I have no thoughts about Pretty Cure or Avengers.

Er, equivalent? No. I would like to see each demographic try it, though. One for shonen, shoujo, seinen, and josei.

I feel like the seinen and josei wouldn't work out too well, though.

i remember reading an interview where they said that Precure was originally made inspired by super sentai - thus the reason the first two seasons were more action-focused, and also explains some enemy designs (example: Girinma from Yes! 5). can't seem to find the page for it though. yes! is also arguably the series that most resemble a super hero series - i mean, look at the opening theme and their main attacks.
