Both are dual wielders
Both are fast
Both have (nearly) untouchable levels of dexterity
(assume that their weapons will be equally strong)

Bradley
-is shown to easily outspeed a flurry of speeding bullets and even block them+a cannon with one sword
-has superhuman abilities far surpassing Edward's nemesis Scar even without his ultimate eye
-his ultimate eye gives him miraculous vision, capable of seeing through any flurry of attacks and being able to pinpoint a path of falling rubble to jump off of
-faces fu(stereotypical old man master),ling+greed, and tank all at once while handicapped with the wrong weapons and defeats fu without a single scratch

Arima
-has defeated a ghoul with an umbrella
-likewise defeats a master without a single scratch although he had (next to useless)help
-easily pushes back SS/SSS rank ghouls shown so far
-is capable of blocking a flurry of ghoul projectiles from all angles with one arm
-he doesn't even look to parry, has he got eyes on the back of his head?

Who wins?

lol zoro stomps kirito

bradley and arima have a lot more in common
part of their character is that they feel like they never get hit no matter what and are endgame antagonists
