So I'm trying to lose weight but I'm curious as to what songs some of you might prefer when working out (if you do work out this is a anime site after all) Currently I listen to like My first story and One Ok Rock and other american bands but all genres work I like Rap, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Metal, EDM, Indie Rock, anything is fine just want somebody else's opinion..

I like to listen to "aggressive" music such as hardcore/metalcore/deathcore/thrash while lifting, it cranks me up more than other genres.

My favorites:
Stick to your guns
Obey the brave
Despised Icon
The Browning
Winds of plague
Whitechapel
All Shall Perish
The haunted

I work out about 4-5 times a week.

I listen to more edm type music to me its very calming but also gives you a boost of morale.
The aggressive music helps to but I don't really listen to it cause I'm not an angry person.

Such as:

Mitis
Adventure Club
Crywolf
Blackmill
Faux Tales
Lindsey Sterling
Odesza

Someother good groups are good to but not edm

The Bravery
Red Hot Chili Pepers
Panic at the Disco
Beyond the Horizon
