This could be applied to just about any service that encourages a tip.

Zero %. If I tip it means exceptional service, which has happened.

I usually tip what's taxed. I thought that was the thumb rule of tipping If I don't like service, I'll still tip what's taxed but I WON'T GO BACK (Passive aggression is the best).

I don't usually tip. If I do then I usually tip the change I get or the money I saved because of them being helpful.

Usually 20-30%, sometimes more if I'm dining alone at a cheaper place. Partly because I know servers are paid less because lawmakers exempt them from minimum wage laws because they're tipped (talk about a vicious circle), partly because I know they often split tips with the chefs, and partly because I know they appreciate it and will take care of me, too.

I tip reasonable, but I have to remember never to tip when I've been drinking. One time I discovered I tipped in excess of 50% for a bill that included a large meal and a lot of drinks.

used to know a guy who actually wrote down tips on napkins and left them. People definitely hated him

if i pay with cash i only pay with 20s, never accepting change back. so i guess this could be less than 5% if the purchase was 39.95, or more than 200% if i bought a simple dish. (i actually do this)
