Humanity can act like some rebellious teenager or bad child depending on what you believe. I guess by society's standards.

What country? Who's standards? Who's society?

You have a myriad of opposing ideologies across the entirety of this world. You can't just expect this to have one set of universal meanings.

I don't know. I'm still trying to grow up a little myself, I need to be more genuine and less selfish.

Not just "a lot", there's theoretically no limit to how much we learn as a race.

I know it sounds cheesy as hell, but it's true

Yes. We need to learn how to cooperate with nature better. As well as each other as a species.

Yea I think we're to dependent upon other people and are rarely aware of our own experience and sense of self whuch is why we rely on other's for guidance more than we should while ignoring ourselves, which I think leads to just being out right dumb, disrespectful, reactive and overly emotional and perhaps self-destructive then that echos into our actions and behavior. Now couple this with our current technology and I think we're defiantly not ready to continue "advancing" if we're constantly ignoring ourselves and are complacent with our level of self awareness. Idk if we should take a step back but I think we should be extremely careful if we choose to keep going on our current course.

Yup, and destroy the planet we live on while we're at it.

I think humans have yet to become more sophisticated and less perverted. Our successors in the future will probably look back at us and laugh at the concept of twerking

Yes. Most societies are in their 'adolescent power fantasy stage', still.
