Truthfully I do. It shortens your lifespan, it causes you to have serious health issues down the road. There is zero benefit for anyone eating this stuff. In fact, some fast foods food grade is even just above dog food. That's a pretty scary thought.

Your thoughts?

No, I'd rather not. Even though it's unhealthy I would rather people stop eating through deciding for themselves not because it's banned cause it's bad for people.

What IS Fast Food?--Anything in a mall food court?
A salad bar? Subway? Starbucks Coffee? An Orange Julius? A soup kitchen?
Or does "All Fast Food" necessarily = "Fried food and sandwiches", because that's what corporate-conspiracy causes have made us think?

Try details before you go on your SJW crusade, it makes you look less sheltered and more aware of the world you're trying to protect.

hm, it's not that i don't agree fast food is bad for you, bc it definitely is, but for some people that is their only food. they don't have money to buy a ton of groceries so they buy fast food. i know that isn't the case for every consumer of fast food but it's scary to think we would be taking away some people's source of filling their hunger yknow? i do think maybe the general public should cut back on eating it though

depends on the fast food and some of the products that could have been better used then wasted.

that not all fast food is bad, just what you are dealing with (like this chips are much more healthy then those over there!)
why?
Oil used,
Products used (freezed, fresh..etc)
Hygine.

If you don't like it, don't buy it. What is the point of legislating it?

No, outright banning fast food is silly, it's such a vague term. I think a better idea would be improving the quality of fast food or not eating it.

Honestly, I think heroin ought to be legal, so you're barking up the wrong tree for this one. Persons should have the right to make themselves miserable if they want, which is even to put aside the fact that governments are less capable than individuals at knowing what makes a person happy.

Plus -- "there's zero benefit"? Did you even try to think about this one? It took me like 5 seconds to think of things like taste, price, convenience, calorie efficiency, satisfaction of hunger. It's hard to find a better balance of cheap, easy, tasty, and filling than fast food, and if that sort of stuff balances out the negatives, then fast food becomes quite valuable. And then there's the point that someone else made in an earlier post. Fast food is more than just burgers, fries, and whatever you call the stuff that passes as food at Taco Bell. Some fast food is basically fine for your health, and what's more, I'd think that most people would be willing to grant that even an occasional quintuple whopper with triple cheese is not likely to fuck you over for any longer than the day you eat it. And, man, if that's what you're craving, then I can see no reason to stop you.

people should be allowed to do what they want as long as they're hurting no one but them selves.

I think people who want to tell other people how to live should be banned from breathing.
