Between the two, I'd rather fifteen. Both suck, though. I like 6-8 hours of sleep.

I believe it is worse for you to sleep too long so 4 hours would suck, but 15 hours would be worse. 4 hours you would be somewhat tired but okay for the day, 15 hours you would be strangely tired and lack any energy and would destroy your sleep rhythm.

Well sleeping only 4h will destroy you, and if you think you would save time.. most likely not (as being less productive and maybe waste more hours again)

I do quite few times sleep only 4h sometimes more or less 6-7 is mostly common for me.
15h would also destroy you in both how "relaxed" your body would be or become quite heavy as you most likely would still feel sleepy.

Of those two options, I'd say 4 hours. Honestly, I usually get about 4 hours and it's something I'd like to change.

I couldn't do either. If I don't get enough sleep I can't function, and if I get too much I get a really awful migraine and... can't function.

Both of those are extremely bad for you. If you actually slept only 4 hours a night it's going to have serious effects on motor skills. If you did this for too long it would eventually cause serious brain damage, obesity,heart disease, diabetes and by extension even death. It doesn't matter though because you wouldn't actually be able to stay awake. You'd end up just falling asleep doing whatever. Sleeping too much doesn't hurt brain function but it also leads to the health problems listed above. You should always get 7-8 hours of sleep.

4 hrs. ..although when I can sleep in longer I don't like being awakened.
