This is another hypothetical situation. Here I go again:

Your mother is famous novelist who wrote one of her best selling novels. When you read the book you noticed that the main character is based off of you in every way and form. You go to confront your mother about this. What are you going to say?

Depends on what type of character "I" was. No matter what though, I wouldn't be particularly offended, but I wouldn't want to read it.
