After looking through the forums, I used the contact link on April 11th because my Xbox app has been stuttering constantly for the last 3 months after being fine in the Fall and January. The most similar post I could find had recommended to the guy to use the contact list.

Crunchy Customer service in return, told me to visit these forums again. When I told the rep I had already done that, he told me he escalated my problem higher up. Well, its April 30th, the stuttering is worse.

Every video game, app, video streaming (even HBONow with Game of Thrones on release night) work without a hitch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing helps. Its ONLY CrunchyRoll and its only on the xboxone. What the hell is wrong with this app? Is there anyone in crunchyRoll that I can contact that isn't a piece of shit? What the fuck is the point of anyone paying a monthly fee if there is no one in the company that can at least try to troubleshoot the problem?

Have you tried clearing your cache at all? I've been having the same problems for over a month now and when I couldn't find the answer here I went digging for myself. So far it's been three days since I tried clearing my cache and the app has worked fine. I've been able to stream five or six episodes in a row per day whereas before I was lucky if I could make it through one single episode at all.
