For me it was having my thyroid fixed and finding out my testosterone was still staying at level 9 (min to max level is 11-40 for normal people it should be near the middle).

Now im on supplements and i feel 100x better no longer feel like sleeping all the time and i got my Autistic senses back (even sensory issues but that aside now i don't have hearing like a normal person does (seriously not being able to hear footsteps from 4-5 classes away or objects moving is HORRIBLE i don't know how you guys cope with such subpar hearing!))

All that aside those were massive changes in my life in the last 6 months what has happened to you

Military conscription has changed pretty much everything. For the better I might add.

I have a new manager at work. He is a fickle character. Former C.O. so he treats people a certain kind of way.

Recently getting accepted into a University to study Information Technology. I want to become a Network Admin.

I used to be called dumb/retard all the time all through high school. Now everyone says I'm smart and are constantly asking me to look at their computers to see what's wrong with them. I lead group projects involving computers in CIS courses. I even get asked what people should buy to run X video game better on their computer.

I'm really not sure what happened.

Hmm... I guess there's been a few changes?

I cut off contact from most of my friends. I started work in construction, gained a bunch of muscle mass. Got over my depression and anxiety and quit my antidepressants. Withdrawal was a bit rough, but only lasted a few weeks. After that a couple months went by with relatively little happening.

Then I went out one night and drank enough tequila to kill me (had a blood alcohol content of 0.42%) and got in a drunk fight which ended with me having a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage. That was a fun little stay in the hospital. Had to take a month off of work to recover. Brain damage altered my sense of taste so I started eating less. I lost a bunch of weight. Not just the little bit of fat I had on me, but muscle mass too unfortunately. I didn't get much exercise when I was getting over the head injury - for a while even walking was a bit of a challenge. I quit drinking, now I'm just about two months sober, and aside from being about 15 lbs lighter than I was I'm back to normal.

I applied for the Canadian Armed Forces a few weeks ago, and I have my aptitude test this Tuesday. So if that goes well it'll be another change soon.

I finally confirmed what I already knew to be true, having OCD and anxiety disorder.

I'm now going to therapy. While I'm still struggling with terrible anxiety, I'm able to now limit my OCD tendencies to an extent. That's a major improvement in my daily life.

May 10 will be the six month anniversary of me quit a dead end job and starting a career in law enforcement. I love my job these days. I feel like my life has a meaning again and I'm no longer just waiting to die. The pay is not great but I'm happy and that is what matters the most.

No real massive change, but after moving to linux I started to move away from video games. It's not due to inability to play them on this platform(because I can), but seems to be from genuine disinterest in games and more of an interest in programming in general.
