hahahahaha MGTOW, I just think they're dumb af.
it's even in their title, Going their own way, why the fuck do you need a group?!
Well some made it into a groupe... but its still a label that means what it says... as those not in such groupes would be more of an "mgtow" as they mostly "going their own way" or atleast away from all this.
Not saying that the others can't be so, but they focus so much on that stuff that they don't really "go their own way" and is rather trapped in the past, as I would think its more used for moving on and forward with life.

But then people use it as "when I left my gf/wife".... and connects that way and makes a group of this that might be a bit toxic.

yeah I've seen their hour long video of them pretty much saying, men no longer need women blah blah blah, gold diggers blah blah blah.

but I mean someone who truly thinks for themselves, won't listen to mgtow, since that's not going *your* own way, but *their* way.

I don't know much about the "MGTOW" movement but the basic premise seems reasonable. It also seems like it could easily be taken too far. I personally don't feel very strongly about the issue. It all sounds very dramatic to me.

For him to post about people living in their own alien world is a RICH irony that no doubt escapes him.

I may be old school but don't fucking hide from your responsibilities. If you have children take care of them all the fucking way. Don't be a fucking coward and say I'm MGTOW and cower away.

I don't care if people are transgender but just like you don't like straight women or men to meddle in your affairs PLZ in good faith do the fucking same.

MGTOW > MRA > PU(Pick Up) >>> Anti-Feminists > Traditionalists > Leftists >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Feminists >>>>>>> Being stabbed in the throat > Women.

And people think I have internalized misogyny, women are only slightly worse than getting stabbed in the throat.

That chart about suicide rates for different ethnic groups was very interesting- I honestly didn't know that the statistic was mainly about white men. (The sad reality of the high rate of suicide by native men, however, is not something I am unfamiliar with.) I wonder if this has to do with the sort of toxic masculinity society is expected to uphold in America? I can't say for sure though, and it's not like different cultures don't have their own iterations of such things.

Anyway. This whole MGTOW movement is so interesting to me, especially the thought processes these people exhibit. It makes wish we could just live in a world where people could just be celibate and feel comfortable living an insular life because that's what they prefer. You know, instead of using their lived experiences to make an excuse for it, and pretending like their narrative with women is the only one that exists. Perhaps if these people had grown up not being taught that the only valuable life is one where you get married, have kids, and work nine to five, then perhaps they wouldn't have reacted so adversely when they found out that that life is not meant for them- that perhaps they were never attracted to anyone in the first place, but kept having these bad experiences because society tells them 'oh keep looking, you'll find the one!!'

Kinda wondering why it's the throat specifically. There's plenty of other areas, like the eyes, for instance.

I mean I get what they say about getting screwed over in divorce proceedings and child custody cases and stuff like that, and I also get the not giving a damn about relationship things anymore, but what I don't get is the intensity of how involved some of the "movement's" forum involvement. Sometimes I wonder how much they really mean what they say though since when you truly don't care about something that much anymore why spend so much time venting about it, just go ahead and enjoy the rest of things that life has to offer? To each their own I suppose...

You have to lure 'em in. Pretend that you have something confidential to say in a low voice, and when they get really close, BAM

Judging from my thread and this one within the same time span, I would suggest you do have comprehension issues that make them not on par with the majority of other users.

Since we can comprehend them, and you, for whatever reason run into issues more often than not.
