Trinity Seven
Strike the Blood
If Her Flag Breaks
To Love Ru (series)
Yamada and the Seven Witches
Actually I Am
Dusk-maiden of Amnesia (this I'd call a borderline harem but is supernatural in storyline)

All are fantastic harems with supernatural aspects.

Neugenx gives a great list.

A few others:
Chaika the Coffin Princess
Monogatari Series (starts with Bakemonogatari)
Maoyu
Little Busters (doesn't really get supernatural until second season)
The Familiar of Zero (last season is on CR--the rest is on Funimation or Hulu)
Dragonar Academy (it's just okay, but you like the genre enough that you'd probably like it)

And if you are willing to consider supernatural love triangles (as opposed to full harems):
Blast of Tempest
Kokoro Connect
Nagi no Asukara (which has interwoven love triangles in a fairly mystical setting)

No, the original novels are also over, which had a slightly different ending.

To add a bit to what eyeofpain said:

The novels flesh out the ending quite a bit more. There are several events that were cut from the book, you get a clearer understanding of the motivations behind many of the characters, there is a much shorter time-skip before the last scene, etc. That being said, the novels basically cover the same material, with Ryuuji's and Taiga's relationship in basically the same place. The author has stated that she doesn't have much interest in telling more about those particular characters, at least for the time being, and it is highly unlikely that she would agree to let someone else make an anime that continued past where she ended her story.

Still, I highly recommend that you read them--the Toradora novels are great. Sadly, there isn't an officially licensed English translation, although there is a pretty good fan-sub floating around the internet.

Although while we are on the subject, there is a licensed translation of the Log Horizon novels--if you are interested in reading those, you can buy them on Amazon (or direct from Yen Press).

Nothing is in the works, or at least has been announced, but it is doubtful.

Trinity Seven is based on a manga that is still being published.

The way this works is that the publishers of the manga use the anime to help build an audience for the manga. The anime is like advertising for them: they don't actually make much money off of the anime directly, but because it boosts sales of the source material. So, they take a series like Trinity Seven that is somewhat popular and has a lot of potential, produce an anime while the manga is still fairly early on, and use that to advertise for the manga (not to mention figurines and other products).

The problem is that once that first anime season is sold in a case like that, there is very little incentive to ever go back and make a new season. After all, a second season won't attract many new readers to the manga; they will have already made that decision after the first season. At best you might get a special episode OVA bundled with a limited edition manga volume or something like that--and Trinity Seven has already had one of those.

A show like Sword Art Online is so insanely popular that it can overcome that dynamic--the anime itself is drawing enough viewers (and other attention) that there is incentive to produce more episodes just because of the anime's popularity. This is also why we are getting a second season of Attack on Titan (which had to wait for enough manga chapters to come out to have the material to produce a full season of episodes). But those are easily the exception, and if Trinity Seven were this popular, it would have gotten a second season by now.

Also, sometimes the anime producers will want to make an anime based on a product and will push for more--like with the Monogatari series or with Toradora. But usually those animes are produced when a series is already finished (or close to finished) before the anime began. The Trinity Seven manga was just about two years old when the anime ran, which is still very young for a shounen manga.

So I won't say that a second season of Trinity Seven is impossible. Strange things happen sometimes. But don't bet on it.

To add to what MNMike said, while it's rare especially for a harem to get a second season more often than not it will get unreleased episodes or OVAs that we don't "normally" get over here. Case in point: Nikekoi has had at least 4 OVAs so far and I've heard another couple are coming overseas. I honestly wish the sites over here would make it commonplace to license OVAs, movies and specials too. I know Crunchy has licensed the Locodol one and Funi has licensed a few OVAs/Movies but there's still so much not available over here through legal channels for series we actively follow so it wouldn't be an impossibility.
