Very serious question. How do you like your gas station hotdogs?

Do you like them with cheese and jalapeno in them? What about just cheese or plain?

What toppings? Do you like chili, cheese, onion, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise or pickle relish? What about any others or a combination of the above?

Just depends on what mood I'm in. Although I prefer nacho cheese all over my hotdogs, goes good with french fries...god french fries...why did I bring that up...want now!

Ewww gross I'd rather wipe my butt with sand paper than eat one of those laxatives disguised as a hot dog.

Finally, a worthy forum topic.

Extremely traditional in the American sense: ketchup, relish (sweet), mustard, and, if I'm traveling alone, a shit ton of chopped onions. The bun must be a cheap, squishy white bun (no fancy fake whole wheat Hipster crap) that has been steamed.

I prefer that the hot dog is boiled to the point of being emaciated and shriveled like some old man's fingers as he exits a pool, but I will take a hot dog that has been rolling around non-stop on a standard gas station warmer for 2 or 3 days. A thoroughly cooked hot dog to the point of not being recognized as once being part of something living.

I'll tell ya, there's nothing finer in this life than the perfect gas station hot dog and cup of coffee that has been sitting on a burner for 12-hours. Man... good stuff.

I tend to agree. They always make me sick. With the guy always talking about the gas stations hotdogs... I figured I would make a forum to mess around about it =p
