I signed up to this site for the sole reason of ordering the Ruby Rose statue for a friend since I had noticed it was sold out on other sites. I came here to see it was still in stock so I bought one on 5/5/2016. Today is 5/9/2016 and the unit is on hold still. Why? BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF STOCK. I was able to pay for it so clearly there was still a unit available for purchase at the time of me ordering, Either A. ) I paid for an item that they didn't even possess or B. ) my item is somewhere in limbo and the $209 I paid for it is just in someone's pocket now.

I have sent two emails asking for any sort of clarification to what is even going on and still I have heard nothing. If I am not getting it then I want a refund for obvious reasons. If it is just being delayed then I want to know the reason for the delay and why I wasn't notified in any way.

Since this site only has email support for whatever reason I need to get this settled somehow.

It was on hold because yours is an international order, not due a stock issue. We double check most international orders.

So how much longer then until it ships? It has been four days and still nothing. If I did secure one before they went out of stock then great! Otherwise I am a bit out of the loop on the status of my purchase.

Our warehouse does not operate during the weekend.
