Did you guys hear about the potential starter's evolution's leak?
They may be fake, but I sure hope they're not, because Rowllet's looks so sick.

I can honestly say that i have collected all 721 Pokémon in Y and AS. Glad they gave us a chance to get all those Mythical Pokémon. And no, not bragging.

Next, waiting for Magearna event to come out but first, i have to clear the main story in order to get that.

I've pretty much did what I wanted to do in the game. Looking back at my play through I feel that the game was overall too easy. None of the battles really challenged my Pokemon team. I didn't have a single Pokemon faint until around the fourth island. And I never bought a single item until the Elite 4 (for insurance). The lack of challenging story sections and the constant handing out of items really made the game a bit too easy. I don't play competitively (I play pure offense so I stand no chance) so I wanted something a bit more from the base game.

That all said, I had fun playing the game as I do with most main entry Pokemon games. The lack of difficulty doesn't exactly ruin the experience more so than shorten it (no, I'm not catching them all; I haven't done so since Pokemon Blue). Also, WTF Incineroar, why do you always need brushing after using Earthquake!?!?

For those curious, my team consists of Incineroar, Machoke, Pelliper, Arcanine, Slowbro, and Magnezone.

Ok, a couple of cool tips I have found to make everyone's grind a bit easier (or actually harder, but it gets better at the end)

1. Beldum is a pain in the butt to catch. With a catch rate of 3 and its only move being take down, a normal type recoil move, it is easily one of the hardest pokemon to catch, unless you prepare ahead of time. If you use a ghost type pokemon with nightshade, not only can you not take any damage, but beldum also can't damage itself eather. Nightshade is recommended for it's very precise damage. No damage variable or random crits to ruin anything. Last, you got 20 turns to catch one, before struggle kicks in. GL catching a shiny one, but by god is it worth it ;).

2. Ditto is also a pain in the arse pokemon to catch, especally if your trying to go for a 4iv Ditto for breeding reasons. A good way to make your life alot easier is to get a pokemon with switcharoo/trick and one with ONLY recycle. Have the Ditto copy the pokemon with recycle, and switch to the other pokemon with trick. Trick a leppa berry onto the ditto and instead of having limited PP and most likely powerful moves, it has 1 useless move with infinite pp.

3. If your a breeder, you want good IV's. If you want to pass them on effectively, you know to use a destiny knot or a power item. But where the hell is the destiny knot?!? It is a pickup item. (gahhh!!!) If you really want that destiny knot, I recommend finding 6 pokemon with the pickup ability, then spend some time grinding those pokemon up. Sure, they may not be good pokemon for competitive, but if you ever feel like using a Ratacate on your team, now you got some. After you grind those up, if your still unlucky, or just want more items, try to keep at least 1 pickup pokemon on your side at all times. It adds up quick.

4. You got the (ultra) beast in your sights! It gets into the ball! You can't wait to train that big boy Buzzwole up into a boss and pwn some nubs. and it's modest nature... Rather then waste time multi reseting for a decent nature, it is in your best (long term) interest to aquire a bunch of pokemon with the synchronize ability and of all natures. Whenever you have 1 out in front, the pokemon you encounter has a 50% chance of being the same nature, saving a lot of unnecessary resetting on rare pokemon. Like that shiny Beldum that rolled lax nature.

5. You know that bored as hell IV judge at the battle tree? sure is the most useful IV judge ever, cough cough. He actually is, but you got to impress him first. Show him you are accually serious about competitive battling and stat min-maxing. How? by hatching no less then 20 eggs. After that, then he gives you additional functionality on your pokemons status menu, allowing you to see the Ivs at any time you want, along with the EVs. See, he really is the most useful IV judge ever;)

And I sware to god if I ever use my imposter ditto on another relaxed(+def-speed) Pharomosa again, I am gonna drill every one of your heads that you need to be using syncro Abras for the beasts!!!
