So it has been 48 hours since I recieved an email stating that I should be recieveing an email with 24 hours stating that my order has been shipped. You see quite clearly the math doesn't add up. There is no proper way to communcate about obvious store issues since the only way to gather information is here in the forums or in an email.

It has been six days since I ordered the Ruby Rose statue, which has been paid in full, and ever since it has gone from On Hold, Unshipped, to once again On Hold. What kind of service even is this?

All I want is proof that my order exists and will be shipped or get a refund. Either way, when one of those occur, I will never be using the Crunchyroll service again.

My colleague just sent you the tracking number for your parcel about 10 minutes ago. It was the first thing he did upon arriving in the office in the morning. It seems that our warehouse had shipped the item, but not yet entered the shipping number into the system. Sorry about that.

I just got back and I did recieve the email with the tracking number for it. Having access to that alone is a huge relief for me. I merely hope that no more complications arise.
