How often do you exercise and what your routine is.

I walk alot XD, and go to the gym 2-3 times a week. Intake is also important, so there's that also.

What about you? What is your routine? Are you taking care of your wellness enough? Thanks.

At least five times a week, I get up, walk to my scooter, scoot to work, walk to my cubicle, and do the reverse when my shift is over.

Pretty sedentary, sadly! This is only going to get worse when classes start again. Full-Time work and classes will be very interesting.

Use trend mill, fitness rower, and walk everyday. Watching what I eat. Drink lots of water. Plan to take up yoga this summer to work on my flexibility.

I head to the gym daily and do cardio. I never know how exact the machines are for measuring how many calories burned, but I do about 400 calories a day. I eat very moderately, with the majority of my diet consisting of vegetables.

My body just isn't up to speed yet to go back to my old routine. For now I've mainly been focusing on squats, romanian deadlifts, bench press, and a several shoulder/upper-back/neck exercises. I alternate between these daily.

Eventually I want to start adding squat jumps, base pogo, lateral shuffle, backpedaling, crossovers, and short-sprint interval training.

If I can get back to that 4000Cal/day burn again I would be elated...

These past few years, basically never. I've got a bar in one of my doorways that I sometimes use for a few chin or pull ups as I'm passing by, but that's pretty much it.

I hit the weights 4x per week on an upper body/lower body split. I do some kind of light cardio, usually walking briskly or something, on the days I don't lift. My diet is fairly protein heavy at the moment since I'm cutting some fat. On lifting days I'm getting about 2100 calories, non-lifting days I'm aiming for 1900 or so.

I work out at the gym 3 times a week, doing different strength exercises. And I go for a run 3 times a week, primarily 6 km(4 miles) in approximately 25-30 mins, so I have to change/keep the pace accordingly. And one day off for restitution.

20 situps, 20 squats, 20 crunches, 20 pushups. Three times a week. I'm falling short of Saitama.

I get a ton of exercise. Walking the 15 - 30 feet from inside my house to my car in the garage, walking from the car to my chair at work on the 3rd floor, walking back to my car, and from my car back into the house. It's rough, especially the stairs at work, maybe I should start taking the elevator.

I should probably exercise more since the only thing I do is walk and sometimes I stretch. I'm pretty inactive to be honest. As for my well-being, I think I'm doing good on most other fronts other than exercise.

My exercise comes from regular everyday things like at my school I go upstairs at least 2x a day and walk home also I bike ride a lot like last Saturday I went to 9 different places that way. It seems if anything that it's more unintentional.

My primary method of exercise is done via lifting weights. Depending on the program I'm in the gym a minimum of 3 times per week.

Currently I'm lifting 3x a week (either Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). The days in between lifts I do interval cardio (e.g., sprinting 20 seconds on, 40 seconds off or pushing a sled).

Below is a snapshot of my current program. The first day focuses for quads, glutes, and shoulders; day two focuses on back, rear deltoids, and chest; day three is for glutes / hamstrings and arms.

The exercises are grouped together in either twos, threes, or fours. When they are in a cluster that means I do them in succession with no rest until the entire group is completed.
