I don't go to gym. I walk everyday, go to dojo to practice Kendo 2 or 3 times a week, swimming laps once a week, Zumba class once a week, and ride bike sometimes. I have sweet tooth, I eat a lot of sweets so I need to burn all those calories.

100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run every day for 3 years! I've worked out so hard my hair fell out!

I hate gyms so I tend to walk (really fast) and cycle a lot. Every day if possible (might skip a day or two though). When I walk the minimum length is 6 km, max is about 11 km. 20-30 km when I cycle.

I used to play football (soccer) but things got a bit too serious and my knees didn't like it. Thus I still tend to avoid running even though they might be fine. That being said I can't kneel on hard surfaces thanks to that. There's one positive thing about it though: in army medical check ups they send me back home.

I'm actually trying to work out and actually give a damn, getting close to 30 people.
I walk for 20-30 minutes 5 times a week at 2.8 or 2.9mph on my treadmill. Then I do this youtube video about 4 times a week. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0bhE67HuDY

At work I'm pretty cool. I take packed lunches featuring vegetables and fruit and a protein shakes every morning...at home whatever is in the house is fair game (I'm working on this part)

The major thing for me is cooking...I spend a lot of time cooking these days and trying new recipes.

Yeah, after working a desk job for the last... oh god, no.. don't think about how many years it's been. That way lies madness.

Anyway, I've been trying to get back in shape. Mostly cardio at the moment (I don't need to lose weight, but it's still good for the heart), though I do have a home gym I should make more use of.

Now that school's out, my exercise consists of walks and calisthenics. Pushups, pullups, and bodyweight jump squats are mainstays, and I'm trying to progress to more advanced versions, such as pistol squats and muscle-ups. I'm also trying to learn how to handstand, which is something I've never been able to do.
During the semester, I was trying to teach myself deadlifts and squats, and I got pretty decent at them in terms of technique (though I'm not very strong right now), but I'll probably have to start over next year.

I don't work out, but I load gates & tires onto trucks for work. There's no forklift for what we load up, the forklifts are always too busy loading other stuff, so we gotta do it by hand. I'm lifting gates that weigh anywhere between 10-200 kg 7 hours a day from Monday to Thursday.

I lift weights 6 days a week/one body part per day. I see some people that don't exercise at all, and I'm just like... how? I feel WRONG if I don't lift for the day.

I hear ya. I can't see myself not exercising / lifting weights. It's a lifestyle for me now and I'm glad it is.

Every now and then I'll do some weight exercises When I feel my arms getting soft but other than I'm not really looking to slim down or buff up for I'm comfortable with myself at 5'9' and 240 lbs stayed hovering at this weight for the last 3 or 4 years. Actually can't picture myself skinny.
