My dog, and I'm not just saying that because she's staring at me while I type this with a mouth full of oh so very, very large teeth.

I love lizards of all varieties, but hate the hassle that comes with owning a pet of any sort, so my ideal pet would be some sort of lizard that (through applied phlebotinum) didn't require any sort of day-to-day care. I could just have it chilling in my house being a tame lizard.

A cat with a dogs attitude towards taking medicine. Dogs are so easy. Just put that pill in a piece of cheese and they swallow it on down whole. Cats though you have to suit up like you're a freaking knight of old. Chain mail, protective gloves, face mask, thick clothing.....and you still don't get the darn pill down their throat and end up taking them to the vet.

If we're talking realistic then I already have a beautiful & very affectionate cat (seriously I've had dogs less affectionate & follow me around less than this cat)

But if we're talking anything then I'd want...

Rodents, I had a Rat that lived for 7 and a 1/2 years, trained her to sit on my shoulder and rewarded her for doing neat things.
