Let me know if a thread like this one exist or not.
Thanks a bunches.

I was just thinking about how I ruined my laptop and how I wish it was stain/waterproof. Pretty much I wish there was a waterproof/stain proof laptop that existed. Like you can place it underwater, take it out, and it works normally. Granted you wouldn't put it underwater for no reason but shit happens. Is that a dumb idea? They have water/stain proof cellphones so why not laptops. It's just a harmless thought.

Enjoy!!!

No, waterproof stuff is cool, I personally don't have a laptop but I have ruined a keyboard from coffee spills.

I hope in the near future that they make water/stain proof laptops and other electronics.

waterproofing would definitely help against accidental water/coffee/etc damage.
for now, you could use a laptop cooler. if you drop water on the table, the cooler will protect the laptop from water damage (unless you splash it directly on top of it, in which case rip laptop)

That is cool. Would making a water/stain proof laptop cost more money?

that is cool. the average person wouldn't need a full-blown water-proof laptop, just a splash-proof would suffice.
not many people would use their laptop in the bathtub i'm guessing.

something like this (laptop on the right) would work wonders.
(not sure if legit, but you get the point)

That awkward moment when you have a HP laptop that stopped working when you accidentally got hand sanitizer on it.

when people tell that you should clean your laptop, that's not what they meant :p

I'd totally buy it. Assuming I actually had money, of course.

I think it's a great idea and aren't other electronics like the Sony smartphones waterproof too?

I feel like a water/stain proof laptop would be very pricey but it would be worth it in the end.

I mean... I poured pepsi all over my laptop before and completely fried it.

Then I fused it with another one of its kind.

Now it is better.

Tho I do think it'd be a good idea however... I just avoid drinks near my laptop in the first place

I already bought a water proof phone so definitely not a dumb idea.
