As the title asks, why are so many titles not listed in the alphabetical listings? I'll see somewhere about a title being available on CR, but when I go to find it, there's no alphabetical listing of the title. I can sometimes find such titles in the seasonal listings, and, of course, through the search function, but alphabetical searching is so easy, and makes for easy browsing.

Also, the Genre search function seems to be really...limited, shall we say.

Any particular reasons, if you please? Any plans to improve these site areas/functions? Thanks!

I believe lawdog is well aware of the alphabetical listing page, but is discussing titles that are sometime MIA from that page despite being available on CR for a person's region. I've noticed this myself from time to time, but assumed it was a temporary issue for those title(s).

Interesting... That's a new one on me then. I have a spreadsheet with my additional info for populating Rotten Sushi that I regularly compare against that alpha listing to make sure I'm not missing something, and haven't ever run into that myself... I have noticed some big problems with missing titles in the similar Manga alpha list, though, so I suppose it could be contagious...

Exactly. I've been going by the search function under the "Shows" tab.

For example, the hysterical ecchi comedy Seitokai Yakuindomo* is MIA from the list. as is the definitely ecchi, drama, Yosuga no Sora and there are others that I can't remember at this time. Both are also examples of the (many) shows that don't show up in the ecchi Genre search.

This is not something new, and I repeat, are not the only titles I've found searching by name. As for Genre? It looks about the same since I joined here. The Testament of Sister New Devil, The Fruit of Grisaia aren't on that Genre search, to name only 2.

The biggest concern, of course, are titles which just simply don't show up in the alphabetical listing.

When I "Hide Mature Content" those disappear for me too, but with mature enabled, they do show up. Maybe check here?

That indeed seemed to do it, although why Seitokai Yakkuindomo doesn't get in the ecchi Genre remains a mystery, lol.

Thanks for the help!
