How sweet!

I call everyone regardless of age and gender, guys. So in emails, they usually start "Guys," or "Hi, Guys". In conversations, "Hey Guys" or "Guys".

I use the size of their breast as a guide. A-B cup size = girl. Anything above = woman.

Yes it would feel weird because aren't people supposed to use names when addressing someone who's right in front of them?

(unless it's something like "Hey man" or "hey dude")

When it suits me, I don't hold as much stock in words as I do sentiment.

I usually just go for 'lady' or 'young lady.' I use 'lady' for women who I think are older than I am, and I use 'young lady' for for women who appear to be younger than I am. Easier on the brain for me.

Girl: While talking to her or about her.
Woman: When describing her to your friends/family and trying to score them brownie points.

A girl is a girl to me. If shes like 17 or younger - then shes a little girl, or young lady. :p

I guess I would only call a future wife or future girlfriend 'woman'.

An example would be: 'HEY WOMAN! GRAB ME A BEER!'
Woman: *Yells back furiously*
Me: 'IM SORRY, PLEASE'
Me: *Gets my ass beat*

Women are women when they grow the fuck up.

Pretty much this.

There are some young ladies who are extremely mature for their age just like there are plenty of adults who are quite immature. It also depends on who's referencing them. To me, anyone under the legal age is a girl. Quite a few over the legal age are also girls although from time to time I may refer to them as young ladies. I don't know, I guess it just feels creepy when you get older to call any under age girl a woman.

I call women, woman, when I'm being serious. Or messing with em, "Woman! make me a sandwich " or https://youtu.be/YSNuGNo1b5Y?t=21s

You gonna get smacked but it's worth the laugh.

But mostly girl is colloquial so I stick with that one.
