Hoe partcular are you about your music?

I can listen to just about anything, although I tend to gravitate towards alternative and pop from the 80's to now. I'm partial to jazz , r&b, and metal, I LOVE classical, beethoven, bach, mendellsohn. I do like SOME country, but I'm somewhat picky of that genre and only like a few songs, carrie underwood, johnny cash, etc. As I said, I'm open to most genres.

What about you, cr? Share on this thread with us your preferrences! ^_^

Hehe "Hoe" Some of the music I listen to here and there uses that word a lot. Other than that, I listen to drum and bass, indie rock and trip hop.

I'm so particular I don't even listen to it, well not until very recently, I only just recently started trying out listening to music as a hobby, before I would just completely ignore it. since I'm pretty new to it I don't know what I like so I couldn't give an accurate answer.

I enjoy angry music, so I usually go for hard rock and metal.

However, I care more about lyrics than sound, so the lyrics have to be captivating in order for me to listen.

I'd say the same goes for me. I like a wide variety of music. Currently listening to: NF (Hip-Hop) Jon Bellion (Pop) and Jean-Michel Blais (Classical)

I'm listening to music daily discovering new stuff every week that I love.

I enjoy angry music too, though my taste in music is eclectic. You seem to like lyrics a lot, but I take them less seriously and would rather focus on the background being played.

I listen mainly 1960s-current pop, rock and metal, r and b all generations, country rock and J-Pop/J-Rock. I'm not really into hardcore country, rap, hip-hop, boy bands, teenybop pop queens or classical but some songs I'll love even if not my genre of choice.

Changes depending on the mood.
To sum up what I don't like:
Blues, Country, Easy listening, 95% of Hip-Hop, Jazz.

I usually listen to things along the lines of Electronic, Rock, Dance, Chill etc.
As an example: Mitis, ODESZA, Blackmill, Galantis, Kygo, Owl City, Linkin Park, LTR94....
Songs from SuicideSheep / No Copyright Sounds.
People probably havn't heard of LTR, but he makes some pretty nice music.
Here is one of his more upbeat songs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsEpkNoLhIA

Some nightcore here and there too, I suppose.

You could say i'm quite particular, when I was younger I only ever listened to heavy metal, in the last ten years my tastes have broadened more towards rock in general from 60's to present, don't mind some folk either.

Not really particular at all, though I do tend to drift from being really into a certain artist/genre to another on occasion. The only music I really don't get into at all is country. Pretty much anything else goes as long as I'm in the mood for it.

I used to be hip hop or nothing. And i was like that for a long time. I'd go through the odd phaze where i'd like something else.
But as you get a bit older you start to branch out a bit more.
I still mostly listen to hip hop overall but not only and not as much as i used to.

I listen to a lot of a jazz, Progressive Metal (and other metal), fusion, Chill Electronic music, Classical, Blues, Hip Hop, Folk, Folk Pop, etc.

Essentially anything with substance: musically, lyrically, visually, etc.

A majority of the things in today's music in my opinion is pure drivel, although I can enjoy it but, typically it's missing those components I've stated earlier. I'm known among my friends as the music elitist. So Yes I am anal about the music I listen to.
