Hi I bought Premium Membership - 12 Month Recurring on May 20, 2015 and the order is completed but Premium Membership not working . Sory for my engrisch

This seems to be epidemic. I got the same membership Premium 12 month recurring on May 31, 2015 and it is already saying it is completed/expired and it is not Recurring; 3 days early. They really need to do something about this. I have sent in a ticket but with it being Memorial Day weekend I think I am going to be getting anything solved.

It's a different issue for you. Write us a ticket and we'll resolve this on Monday.
In the meantime I credited your account with 2 days of premium.

"Annual" memberships are for only 360 days (12 * 30 days), not for an actual full year. Their months are always 30 days, regardless of whether it is actually 31 or 28/29, and their three-month plans are also 90 days.

/acct/membership Look at the billing cycle here.

They could have made it less confusing if they explicitly stated that somewhere ahead of time, but when signing up, they call it a "12 month" plan, they do not actually use the word "Annual".
