This is a bit frustrating. I opened up the Manga app, and the app logged me in, opened up the home page and then closed and the iPad home page was showing... double tap the home button, tap on the app, and it flashed and went away again. I tried closing the app and re-kicking it (my old solution, normally fixed issue after 2-3 tries) and it's still a no go. Tried to fully shut off the iPad and restart it... also didn't help. Uninstalled the manga app and re-installed it... and it worked! I wasn't logged in, but I could navigate, read manga, etc, but then I logged in.... and the app crashed.

I get that you like money from adverts, but I pay you cash monthly for ad-free anime and manga... but I can't use the web app, I can't see my bookmarks, etc. This is pretty annoying, so any help would be appreciated.

Same issue here. Only started after last iOS update so maybe that's a factor. But still not cool for a paid service.

I'm having this issue, too. It's been well over a month! I even contacted tech support and after several e-mails back and forth, all they could do is tell me they would put out a patch. It's so frustrating. I've tried everything, deleting and redownloading the app, trying to sign into my account from another device, but once I log in, the app always crashes. And I feel like this started before I upgraded to the new version of the OS. In fact, I tried upgrading to see if that would clear the problem up on my iPad, but nope. I'm glad to find others are having this issue since it means I'm not alone, but it is very frustrating to pay for a service you can't use. I love Crunchyroll and I miss my mangas very much.

Updated iOS to 9.3.3. Still crashes on login. Anybody with a Mac device having any luck viewing the Manga app?

Yep, 2 months and still not working. I updated to 9.3.3 as well, deleted and downloaded the app again and it's still happening. The fix needs to come from CR. I noticed there was just recently and update for the anime app so I'm really hoping they'll do an update to the manga app soon.

Hi. Just want to point out that this topic is also covered in the "IOS and Apple TV". Seems like its being ignored there also. Just so Apple Users don't feel picked on, after reading a bunch more posts it seems that Android users have a similar issue. Come on CR it was reported in May, so fix it already.

Yep I'm having the same problem. I'm on an iPhone 6 and the app will crash every time I open it. I don't know how many other people are experiencing this problem but I guess it's not a lot or they would have probably fixed it by now.

I just got an e-mail from CR saying they are working on an update for manga app, just like what they did with anime app. They have no timeframe as to when they will get it up and running. They will get in touch with us "soon". I did ask them to inform us when they have an update ready so we can sign into our manga app(s). I know this is not exactly what all of you wanted to know but having a bit of news is better than no news, methinks! :)
I will continue to keep all of you posted as soon as I heard anything.

Yep, Crambamjam--you are right.

Support have been saying for weeks now that this is a known issue and that they are working on it.

Meanwhile, they are NOT working on it and are still raking in our monthly dues. It's vexing and makes me lose faith in a company I've loved for quite a while now.

I am greatful that CR is talking to you. I am troubled that there has been no public statement from CR clarifying this issue. My OPINION is that there will be no solution until after the release of IOS 10 which is scheduled for Sep. 13.
When half of the service that are paying for vanishes for 4 months I would think that a responsive company would respond.

It's not like I'm asking for half my Premium fee back.
