I've had this issue too. Now that iOS 10 is out, I get an error message that says unable to connect to server.

I was dreaming that IOS 10 might fix this long standing issue, but sadly, my IPAD only gained about half a second of log on before it quits.

Someone suggested leaving bad reviews at the APP store, while I don't suggest this, It might get some kind of response from CR. As any manga or anime demonstrates a public apology goes a long way in healing insults.

I left a one star review with an explanation there as well. There hasn't been a response. No one should feel bad about writing a bad reviews. Apps that literally cannot start should get 1 star reviews. You don't have to be mean about it. The really ironic thing is that it's broken the worst for the people paying for premium.

We are now in to October, IOS 10 is released, and still CR has not fixed the problem that was reported in May. I do not know the numbers effected, but the Manga App is still unusable. We are still paying for it. That is a definition of "fraud". Still CR is NOT talking to those of us complaining about the issue. If you read anything from CR there seems to be no problem. I called a couple of months ago and was told that the problem was on Apple's end. That now seems like a lie. There are a lot of Manga readers out there that have met Apples guidelines and work very well, some much better that CR's ever did. If they can do it why can't CR? One possibility might be that CR has partnered with Funamation for more Anime and is reducing or eliminating Manga. The paying customer must be told or it is the same a stealing our money.
Any junior college student with a knowledge of Swift should be able to put out a Manga App from scratch in a month or less, and the another month for Apple to approve it.

Communicate with us. Don't take our money for services that you are not delivering.

23 MORE days and counting. Aki and all others; we are still waiting. Your email was , at least, a private admission that there is a problem and I thank you for it. CR on the other hand still has not admitted to a problem in public. It makes me wonder what percent of the Manga readers experience this issue, or even how many Manga readers are trying to use their iPads to access CR?

Still waiting and getting tired of it,

I have been having this issue for some time and just tried once more today. Really sucks. I've had an open support ticket for months also. They told me the same, to wait for an update.
