I don't often get angry, but when I do, I 'enjoy' (I guess is the word) losing myself in it. I don't really act it out--I'm probably most quiet when I'm angry--but I do love to dwell in it. Let it soak into my very being, as it were. Anger can be an immense fuel to thought when used correctly, and letting it rise up in my body, controlling and understanding it--why I'm angry, what the problem is--sometimes provides an even deeper connection to the world than love does. The two really aren't all that different, although anger is far more conducive to fixing problems than love is. Love is usually focused on what's right with the world, what doesn't need to change. Anger is a fuel for changing what's wrong. It's an interesting passion, really.

I don't particularly like frustration, though... although I find it important to understand that too. But anger is something I like to dwell in. Frustration is something I usually work to overcome and eliminate.

It builds until I have to punch something hard and preferably inanimate.

Sometimes, like last night when I really wanted to punch the woman playing her music without earphones and singing along to it, and not being able to get rid of the though of punching her (even though I knew I wouldn't), but still feeling the horrible angry tension all built up inside, I just try to get away from the immediate anger-inducing thing.

Last night that meant getting off the train before my stop, and waiting 10 minutes for the next train. The moment I was off the train I could feel myself calming down. It was better to stand there waiting for a train, than to stand for a shorter amount of time on the train feeling so miserably angry.

When people are angry on the internet, I move on. If it's in person I talk it out.
If I'm angry, I need space.

Oh, I'm terrible when I'm truly angry. Frustration is different - exercise, cleaning, a glass of wine, a good chat, a good show... that helps with frustration.

But when I get truly angry (RARE) I lose the plot. I cry, I scream, I have broken things... I completely self-destruct.
I get it out of my system, I re-set, and I start again the next day.
Thankfully I can count on one hand the times I've gotten like that, and I've had good reason.

Usually I just try to calm down, go to sleep or something. If it's technology making me angry then violence is my first reaction, hit on a table, kick my PC or throw something.

I keep myself away from others cause if not I snap. I'll listen to rock or dubstep for a couple of minutes and I'm good.
