I want to see Atletico win this as well, they've got a much better team than last time. Torres and Griezmann are in fine goalscoring form, and the Atleti defence is godlike. RM also have a really good defense, and really good hands in Keylor Navas. If the Atleti defence manage to frustrate the RM front three, I think they have a big chance to win it.

I'm a huge Barcelona fan so of course I would rather have Barça in the final. But, I would really love to see Zinedine Zidane's team wins, I've been a fan of Zizou way back since he was still playing for Juventus! So yeah, I might pick Real Madrid to win.. I'm conflicted! On the other hand, I also love Fernando Torres from Atletico Madrid, I had a crush on him when he was playing with Liverpool.. xD Oh Well, I don't know, may the best team wins then...

Atleti to win. No major injuries so I just hope they can keep Real out. Revenge is needed. Heartbreaking loss last time

No new news lately, which in a sense is a good thing. Less than 24 hours to go until kickoff!

The UEFA Champions League is an annual premier continental competition for European clubs. Only the best teams from each league qualify for this competition.

The Champions League Final determines the winner, it's basically the Super Bowl of European football.

--------------------------------

Depending on how good a country's league is (this is determined by a coefficient, calculated over 5 years), a country can have between 5 to 1 (barring Liechtenstein, who have no national league system. Teams from Liechtenstein have to qualify from the Swiss league system) teams in the Champions League, and depending on the coefficient will enter at different rounds.

Before the main group stages, there are a series of playoff matches for the lower ranked teams. The weaker teams enter the competition first, and as the competition goes on stronger teams enter. Winners of the final playoff round enter the group stages of the Champions League, which is where the main stage begins.

Top two of each of the 4 team groups progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League. The knockout stages are two-legged, there is a home leg and an away leg. In case the aggregate scored is tied, whoever scored the most goals as the away team in the tie will progress (away goals rule). In case teams are ties on away goals as well, the match goes to extra time, and if needed penalties.

The Final is a one-legged affair, to take place in a neutral venue. This is considered as one of the world's biggest club football match. It is one of the biggest dreams for any footballer to win the Champions League Final.

Tough call this year, they are neck and neck in terms of strength. However, I feel that Real Madrid will win as they have more big game experience.
