I've run into the exact same problem! No matter from my phone or my tablet, Crunvhyroll app refuses to open . I am.a premium member on disability so every dollar is precious to me. I pay for this service and now have nothing to show for it. This is angering me thoroughly. Please fix!

Having the same issue on the iPad. As long as I do not try to login, I am fine. But as soon as I try to log in it crashes.

Also crashing when opening program.

Android 4.4.2 NeuTab X7 (shouldn't matter...) on wireless (WiFi)

I even did a factory reset to get the app to work.

It does nothing. Still crashes.

I have an android phone, a Samsung victory and the same happens with me after the update the app crashes. Love their shows... how are we going to be able access them if the app keeps on crashing!!! I deleted the app because it wasn't working and am so scared of even the updates for it that it may still not work.

I'm having the same problem and oh man is this annoying. Premium membership and no word on this issue.

Almost as bad as nvidia not play testing their drivers.

The fix is already being tested. It won't take long for the fixed version to be available.
I don't think you'll see things fixed this quickly in many other places.

Not sure if it is related, but I am having a variety of issues with the app on my kindle fire. It opens and logs me in ok, but when I go to my queue and try to run something, sometimes it crashes, other times it gives me an error in the middle of a black screen while I can hear the dialogue from the video running in the background.

Is anyone having trouble installing the update? My Google Play app keeps giving a "-505" error when trying to update. It downloads fine, but then errors on trying to update. I've deleted the app, flushed Play Store cache, rebooted, even used ADB to see if there are any issues, but it still errors out.

Same here. was getting the same -505 error. Made the mistake of uninstalling the app to see if that cleared out the problem, but now I can't reinstall it.

When I use the Amazon market to download the app it's the old layout (version 0.9.7). The current version on the Play Store is 2.0.7. Whats the deal with not keeping it updated on the Amazon store?

By the way here is my Phone: OnePlus One running Android 6.0.1

Update:

Just downloaded and installed the update.

Works flawlessly.

My sincerest thanks to the Development Team.
I hope they didn't work too late. :-(

Thanks for the quick fix, everyone! Bugs happen, and this is the first time I've noticed anything like this the while time I've been a member. Pretty great record, imo. Keep up the good work!
