Manny anime has direct audiense,
mostly re teens, but there others
for older audience, like
the dance of the vampire bund.
Hellsing anybody, or some old fashion
shooting a la Black lagoon.
But then ye see like squid girl, or Pokemon
hell even digimon. But what if yer kids were
smart, and actually not stupid to imitated what they watch, and just
understand the anime?
For me, something uplift he's spirit, and just kick logic out?

leave ye comment, n
as always thank for been awesome.

I'm not sure what kind of show you're looking for, or for what age, but my kids (age 7 & 12) love Fairy Tail. It's just a fun show that we all enjoy watching together. Ghibli movies are always a good choice.

Most of the Ghibli movies are great for children and for the whole family, excluding Princess Mononoke and Grave of the Fireflies which are more mature and violent.

I loved watching Doraemon as a kid, that one is a great option as well for children. Fairy Tail would be a nice option to introduce them to shonen anime, even though the fan service can get a little too distracting. Another great option for shonen would be the original Dragon Ball.

Man, what a blast from the past. Good anime.

I would say Nichijou is a good anime to watch with them. It's funny as hell, but done in a great way.

Family-friendly anime like Doraemon. I grew up watching Doraemon as a kid and had a fond memory... I also watched Dragon Ball when I was a kid so I would add that as well.

For more recent ones, I think Boku no Hero Academia is also a good anime to watch with your kids since it's family-friendly, no fan-service whatsoever, and has a good moral value lesson for children.

with kids

depending on the age group and their interest

Case Closed or Conan is a good one for those who like mystery and solving crimes.

Space Brothers is another one when interested about astronauts in the making,

There's plenty of kid-friendly anime but my problem is getting her interested. For a 10 year old, she's very obstinate. It might not be kid-friendly, but I showed her a figurine of Angel from Angel Beats, with her wings spread out and she said "That's not what an angel looks like"; apparently angels only look like Precious Moments figures. Then I figured I'd show her some older fairy anime, like Bottle Fairy and Little Snow Fairy Sugar. But nope, fairies were invented by Disney, so everything else is wrong... Heck, she even scoffed at Totoro. I showed her what I figured was one of the most iconic scenes (Totoro at the bus stop with an umbrella) but even that didn't reach.

I think most of the slice of life shows and a number of other series I have personally watched I would show to kids if I had any. In my experience with younger sisters and cousins most are smarter than a lot of people give them credit for. (My sister is like 13, when she was 9 she was watching the walking dead and when she was 11 she was giving me tips and advice to get over my depression.) The biggest issue I have had with getting people to watch anime has been once they reach a certain age they seem to not be interested in Anime for a good long while.

I remember when I was 12, I stopped watching anime thinking it was only for kids or it was too strange. Never got back into it till I was 16. Never looked back since, love anime. Always will haha.

Boku no Pico. Wait that's not an anime. that's a hentai.
I guess it depend on their gender. Young boys would probably be turned away from shoujo and romance and young girls action and violence. don't act like this isn't true. We all thought cooties were a thing before.
I guess if he was a boy
-SAO
-Naruto
-Avatar the Last Airbender (yes this is sarcasm.)
-other action based shows with easy to follow plot
If she was a girl
-Shugo Chara
-Sailor Moon
-Madoka Magicka.... wait no
-maybe Kobato
idk I'm dumb. when they're a teenager they'll probably look at me and say "You're weird." and I'll respond with "Yup. Cmon the next episode of xxx is airing watch it with me. " This all depends on if they'll even like anime or manga. If they don't I won't shove it down their throats. That'd probably just make them hate anime and manga.
