Well the shows and the drama they represent, otherwise I'd be talking about musical comedy, ala Bollywood :)

Properly it's "à la" from the French, meaning "as in" or something like that.

Referring to Bollywood? No, no. Good God no, I like Broadway Musicals. Bollywood is like a Broadway Musical got cancer and died to be revived as a fat double chinned Indian guy trying to dance to a way more lame version of Michael Jackson's thriller in the middle of a scene that almost never needs a dancing interlude.

Here's a link, but really these aren't nearly the worst despite the title of the clip.

I'm sure there are, but I'm prejudiced. I hate the dance style, the music, and after trying 2 or 3 and almost gouging my eyes out I couldn't stand to watch anymore.

You're welcome to watch some till you find a few good ones. Let me know if you do. I generally like foreign movies and shows.

I was watching Aria the Animation from Hulu and they removed it when I was in middle of the season with zero warning. I was ticked because there is no where to watch it now.

I just checked the link and it seems they only have 3 episodes of each season episode 1, 3, and 9.

Never used Hulu. For a while I did actually hate them though as they were one of the few places to watch certain anime officially if CR never had them. Reason for the hate? Hulu doesn't work outside of the USA. If you click on one of their videos they will give a message saying they are working on expanding Hulu to other countries. But that message has been appearing for at least 4 years.

Luckly I can normally find most anime through Funimation (Which uses its own streaming software) or find the series on CR. Outside of that though, it is hard finding a few older series and such which no one has the rights to any more for streaming officially online.

While it seems that the anime purge isn't as bad as originally thought, if it'd sizeable enough, I'm dropping the service. Anime is the only reason I'm subscribing to Hulu. It has quite the backlog of anime series that I simply couldn't find on CR, Funimation, Amazon Prime and Netflix. It was weird seeing so many Funi titles on Hulu, (that Funi themselves didn't stream) which was a good enough reason to keep Hulu. Didn't even mind that they were in SD.

That might no longer be the case. My current Hulu favorite list has quite a few titles with the exclamation points which is an extremely disturbing development. I didn't know what it meant until stumbling on this thread. I guess I'll soon have one less service I have to pay for each month.

It's sad because I wanted a convenient way of accessing older anime titles I haven't watched in awhile.
