People will keep testing the boundaries in which they can pass, they will keep getting into more extreme stuff, i.e. people who start smoking weed might then go onto a stronger drug. "People who start drinking alcohol might go onto a stronger drug".

Can you explain how this reworked line can't be transposed to your logic? I'm genuinely trying to follow your thoughts, but thinking about all the issues of alcoholism, I'm admittedly lost here.

I have such a bad knowledge on alcoholism that I'm unsure of what I would say but my guess would be that it could be substituted in there. Although that going from drinking alcohol to doing a serious drug is a larger leap, especially in my country, people could do it. But, having these laws in place would mean that a lot less people would go onto doing these more serious drugs due to not wanting to get in trouble, being put onto offenders lists, etc. In a way it is a sort of barrier that will only let a slight few through which would create an easier life for our government.

I don't know if that explains it well or if at all, I just did what I could with the small knowledge I have on certain subjects.

The government probably already has all the information and knowledge of what's happening in the bedroom and can oppose you any time they want, considering all meta data you leave behind you on services like twitter and facebook that they can pretty much suck up.

Either way I don't think they should know or care what's happening in the bedroom, unless there's some illegal shit going on

This and YES the government does have a right to say what you can and can't do in the bedroom. Our constitution guarantee's us certain freedoms but no one has the right to infringe on someone else's constitutional rights. I also draw the line at anything not consensual. Children cannot consent because they're too young. Animals can't consent because they're animals. Incest is illegal for a reason. I doubt two grown siblings can be prosecuted by the law (although maybe they can. I'm not sure) but there are just a lot of reasons beyond the ick factor that this is a bad idea. Inbreeding causes lots of birth defects. Sodomy laws are ridiculous. I could care less what two consenting adults do. I also hate the argument that some people, especially predators and pedophiles try to make that grown men used to marry young girls back in the old days and don't get me started on those Nambla sicko's. It's not 1800 anymore and in most cases we live to be over 30 these days so there's NO reason for us to procreate at such a young age. We no longer have to be married and have 10 kids to work the farm before we're 18 years old anymore. So yes, the government does have the right to step in and make laws. You can see every day that there are a lot of predators who could care less about these laws. Rape and abuse of children is still very rampant. I imagine it would even be worse if the government didn't step in and make these laws. There's a lot of sick people out there.

Tough one. if a girl wants to have some fun with her dog in the pricvacy of her home then sure, why not? Pretty sure the dog would be happy and willing?
But then the though of a man with an animal seems wrong so....(like cruelty)

I think if a girl is underaged and willing then whats the problem? Of course if shes like a teenager and already sexually active i mean. Same with an undraged male and an older woman.
if there is consent or mutual feelings. Some young girls persue older guys and it is them that instigate.
But of course iam not talking about way older men or women and young girls or boys or molestation and stuff.

Incest. Well i kind of think if a brother n sister or cousins want to experiment then whats the problem? but parents and kids or uncles or aunties n kids is just wrong.

So it's a tough one. I guess its either yes or no. Cant really have grey areas.

But really if something is going on behind closed doors and all parties are happy and willing and nothing is forced and no one is being harmed then i dont see why they should be in trouble.
But then again, laws are laws and the same argument could be had with things like taking illegal drugs in your home or etc

I think in some cases because other people dont agree of dont understand they are against things but if its not effecting you or anyone else then why make it your problem?

But if there wern't laws against such things it would be problamatic i guess.

EDIT: lol at the comment about alcohol and taking harder drugs. i drink, i dont do drugs. Most people on drugs drink less than non drug taking drinkers.

Give it time. You're young. When you get older and more desensitised you will become more perverted and more bored with "normal" things.

Yeah but you're still a kid. You dont know shit yet.

Like some people who have so much sex need to do stuff to make it more kinky.

Or people who get no sex get bored of normal porn. etc

You cant understand at your age.

I don't think anything (between consenting adults) happening behind closed should be regulated or illegal. Its private business and it should stay that way, because if its kept that way then how could they regulate anything?

Anything that is without consent which results in harm or abuse.

Minors cannot give consent. The reason for this is because Law regonises that they can easily be taken advantage and influenced by an adult. To protect minors, law made it illegal for an adult to engage in sexual activity with underage person. This is also most likely why agreements with minors are not binding

Incest often occurs as a form of child abuse in young children, for example child on child sexual abuse resulting from neglect. Or, child abuse inflicted by an older family member. For this reason and the one above, it's non consensual and considered abuse

Animals can't give consent, they are animals....

This seems unnecessarily overreaching because child abuse is already illegal. True, parents do exert a lot of control over their kids....
