So a few weeks ago my old debit card got tampered with and i had to close it down and re order a new one. Now that i got a new card the site says I can't upgrade my account because I've already had my free trial or im already a premium member. But if that's the case, than I should be able to see my skin on my profile page. But I don't see it, and my profile reads my member status as normal. I've checked my bank acct to make sure I have the money and double checked the card number as well. Can anyone help me or know where I can contact crunchy about this issue on the page?

Could it have something with my last payment being declined? because that was on my old card the one I had to cancle. This purchase is on a new card.

Says: sorry you are not eligible either because you have already had your free trial or are already a premium member. So i check my profile again, still says normal, I check my member status it shows a crown for premium but I'm still getting ads and my profile skin i created isn't showing up. It says skins are only for premium.
