Regularly, any kind of nut like peanuts or almonds. If I decide to have a cheat day, mint and chip ice cream.

Pecans, walnuts, almonds, and Gobi berries. Healthy snacks!

I'll have to go with the Pringles. The snacks you mention are downright dangerous to me. I'm allergic to nuts. Do you know how hard it is to find any type of sweet or treats in the store that doesn't contain some form of tree nuts, peanuts or traces of peanuts? Most people don't realize that they used ground up nuts (traces of peanuts, tree nuts, etc) as a filler in so many things. They're basically in every Little Debbie snack cake ever invented. Even when a snack doesn't list it on their warning they sometimes contain them. It's like playing Russian roulette for me. The ONLY good thing is that my allergy is bad but not severe. I don't go into anaphylactic shock or anything. Just a lot of swelling, hives and feeling like I can't breath. It starts by feeling like I have something large stuck in my throat, then I start hacking trying to dislodge whatever is there but obviously nothing is there and finally my throat begins to swell as I become dizzier and dizzier. I have to get a Benadryl, usually 2 or 3 down me really fast. So far that's taken care of it but I need to look into getting an epi pen just in case. The allergies have gotten worse as I've gotten older. I've also become more sensitive to bee stings/wasp stings. Just seems like once you're sensitive to something it gets worse and worse. Healthy foods are deadly.

Wow! It is a slippery slope for people such as yourself. You should have the epi pen with you in case someone else has to help you. I'm not in that scenario but I do have to watch what is listed on the ingredients and nutritional label. Try the Gobi berries. They are naturally sweet. Pringles are bad for me. Not that they are unhealthy as they are but due to the ingredients and what is listed on the nutritional label. I guess if we were to go on a date, no sharing snacks!
