Let me know if a thread like this one exist or not.
Thanks a bunches.

So, which type of job interview do you prefer?

Digital Interview: Where the person answers interview questions on camera. There is no person asking you questions just the machine.

Face to Face interview: You meet with a person who ask you questions and you talk face to face. There is no camera involved or machine.

Phone interview: Where you talk on the phone with the interviewer who ask you questions. There is no camera or face to face either.

Which do you prefer? Choose wisely.

Enjoy!!!

All can be good or bad depending on the content. It is sad that the modern day interview is merely a ritual dance where each side plays a lovely game of lies and feints in order to secure human capital and a vital employment opportunity. Certainly it is the professional positions that are tainted worst with this garbage.

In person is really the best. Phone never seems to convey the same emotions and connections. Digital is a good compromise but is best to do when in person is not possible or prohibitive. So yes, I like in person the most.

Face to face is generally the easiest way to observe who you will be working for, as well as present yourself in a more professional manor. Phone interviews are way too impersonal. There may be a higher chance for you to fake answers or land the job easier... but.. that means whomever you are interviewing with could literally not be really paying attention to you. Digital is probably the only one that comes close to face to face for me. .. Phone should just be avoided if at all possible.

phone is probably the worst...imagine trying to have an interview when the audio quality is terrible and you can't even see the other party.
face to face is definitely the best.

I don't do interviews generally in my line of work, but I hate skype auditions with a passion. So much harder to give a good impression.

Been on both sides of the desk over the years. Phone interview might be good to start, but ultimately an in person interview needs to be done.

I'd rather no interview but out of the choices and from personal experiences I'd have to pick face to face. Even when I got interviewed by a company board I think I did way better than when I was interviewed on a phone.

Same. I rather not have an interview either. I'm always nervous.

Face to face, that way you can come across in multiple ways, whether that's with body language or just vocally.

Face to face, so the employer gets to see you in person and get a feel for who you really are
