Face to face.

Best way to get your point across, as well as get a chance to gauge the working environment.

Face to face for sure.

With the online ones it is hard to know if they actually get looked at. When we interview candidates at work the HR guys/gals usually do the pre screening but I know most managers don't look at it and just go off the CV.

I prefer the good old "Here's 10000,00000,0000$ dollars interview where I don't have to show up and it just shows up in my bank account.

So, which type of job interview do you prefer?

Digital Interview: Where the person answers interview questions on camera. There is no person asking you questions just the machine.

Face to Face interview: You meet with a person who ask you questions and you talk face to face. There is no camera involved or machine.

Phone interview: Where you talk on the phone with the interviewer who ask you questions. There is no camera or face to face either.

Which do you prefer? Choose wisely.

Enjoy!!!

I've only ever had one interview myself and it was face 2 face cannot picture myself being interviewed any other way if i was employing someone i would want to speak with them face to face.

For me? Digital.

For actually picking an employee? Face to face. There's something which you can't figure out over digital stuff, like how people interact with each other. If it's for a virtual job, digital may be fine. But if you're all in an office of some kind together, face to face is a must.

I hate face to face if i do it i don't look the person in the eye and i can't read body language etc.

Digital works best for me

face to face makes it easier to tell more about the person across from you in my opinion at least

I work in healthcare and my employer had a telephone screening interview first, then a face to face interview with management/leadership, and finally an interview with peers. Thankfully, they have since changed the hiring process since it was so lengthy. I do believe face to face is the way to go.

Phone, or face to face. Most of my interviews have been over the phone though.
