Ive been trying to reactive my Premium membership but it keeps saying my payment info is invalid.

Double and tripple checked the info and it is correct.

Noticed that I have an old payment marked as "error" from back in January I think it was - could that be the reason? if so how can we fix it? I think it was in the process of cancelling my free trial back then something went wrong.

Hope for a fast response and possible fix

You might want to try contacting customer support directly using the /contact form.

We are currently unable to process credit card payment from Denmark, as the local credit card payment handler Nets A/S is blocking all of our transactions. You'll have to use PayPal to subscribe. Sorry about that.

Ahh okay well that is quite annoying being dont use paypal - but least there was a reason for it.

We are sadly unable to properly contact them as their website is in Danish only and don't have a contact form or email address for such inquiries.

I ended up going for the paypal solution untill the problem is solved
