Same happened with me. I did the free 14 day trial and the next day after maintenence my account got deleted...I only had Crunchyroll for a day.. :/

Hopefully they are able to allow us the free trial again. So far I had a good experience but being forced into a subscription because of a technical failure isn't exactly a good first try.
