Had a trial applied yesterday before the crash, after the fix my account was still under the 'free'.

I just had this. Sent an email, they said my account was deleted and to simply remake a new free trial account, only for me to get the message, "your free trial has been used up." -.- getting really frustrated with this crap..............

I signed up for the 14 day trial yesterday and watched a couple of shows. Now today I find that my account apparently doesn't exist. I've created a new one using the same email address and it says I've already used my free trial - but I only had it for 24 hours!

I started a 30 day trial on June 2 and maintenance lost my account, and now it says I've used a trial and can't sign up for another, but I don't have premium access. I have the emails to confirm my trial and everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I've become a guest pass vampire apparently. It will say that I've gotten membership but then when I go to watch a video it'll be as if I'm a normal member. It even states that I'm a normal member despite the fact I have activated premium seconds before.



Basically I'm unintentionally taking passes and they count as redeemed while I never get premium. Actually if a higher up sees this, I'd like the people I got the guest passes from to be refunded to give to others, cause I unintentionally took them all in my vampirism.

^Ditto. It won't even let me bypass the free trial. It keeps saying I'm already a premium member, but I still get those pesky ads.
