You missed one:

nude - hand downs the most comfortable swimwear for anyone, man or woman.

If you have never tried swimming naked, I highly recommend it. Of course, it is considered to be inappropriate at most public beaches, lakes, pools, etc. So... I guess I'd go with a bikini as I feel it is the least restrictive and most comfortable option you have posted.
