Ok, so here is my dilemma. For the past three months crunchyroll has charged my chase credit card for premium service, yet i am not a premium member, haven't been for months since my trail ended. The card in question here is the one that i used to sign up for a trail and canceled after my trail ended. Yet i am still being charged, my card is not even in my account info anymore either... The most recent charge was 05/22/15 and going back about 3 months around the same time. I've never had an issue before so I'm posting this here to give the crunchy staff a chance to fix this issue before the bank opens on Monday.

Check out the FAQ on this which has a link to the contact page, and even a chatbox that appears during business hours: https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205261363-I-canceled-why-am-I-still-being-billed- . They will need to know information that you shouldn't share in an open internet forum.

You may not get an immediate response over the weekend during non-office hours though...

I have the same issue, says I am a premium member but dont have the services a premium is supposed to receive. Am getting fed up with it and I just wanna cancel my subscription, how can I?

I contacted support last month due to them taking money off my card even though my account has no payment method linked, and my account is not set to premium, i cancelled my subscription along time ago. I don't use crunchyroll yet they continue to steal money from me, i'm going to the bank now to change my card as crunchyroll is obviously useless in support. don't tell me to contact support as i won't waste my time anymore, they don't help and they don't do anything.

I gave them all the information i possibly could yet they still couldn't fix the damn issue, they have a bug on their system in the database that needs to be fix ASAP.
